Paul Rojas

Paul Rojas is the founder of Professional Recovery Services, setting up the Brisbane office in 2012 followed by the Melbourne office in 2016, as he could recognise that there was a gap in the market for Debt Collection Companies that actually understood the legal process.

Aside from being a director of Professional Recovery Services, Paul also heads Rostron Carlyle Rojas’ litigation and disputes resolution practice in both Brisbane and Sydney. He has significant experience in major litigation across all jurisdictions. As an experienced commercial litigator, Paul’s areas of specialty include:
