Tom Torpy

With over 30 years’ experience in the debt collection industry, Tom specializes in commercial recoveries, and has significant experience in all areas of collection including government, insurance, finance, construction, media and automotive.

Tom has an acute understanding of the legal process following over 8 years’ experience as Registrar and deputy Registrar at various Victorian Magistrates Courts. Given this extensive experience, Tom understands the importance of the collection process for debtors who fail to adequately address payment of delinquent accounts of creditors.

Tom practices a structured and systematic approach to debt recovery to maximise recoveries on behalf of his clients.
